Despite sliding to 4th place in the recent presidential survey, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso remains unfazed and does not regret the statements he made during their controversial Easter Sunday joint conference.
In a chance interview during his event in Manila, Moreno said he stands by what he said during their joint conference alongside other presidential bets Senator Panfilo 'Ping' Lacson and former defense secretary Norberto Gonzales, and vice-presidential candidates Dr. Willie Ong and Senate President Vicente Sotto III.
However, he seemed to be skeptical of the survey results.
"I don’t know how far is the truth, but there must be something wrong. Four percent? Talaga? Good luck to me," he said.
In the latest survey conducted by Pulse Asia, Moreno dropped from 8 percent vote preference from the March results down to 4 percent with Senator Manny Pacquiao edging him out of the third spot with 7 percent.
Meanwhile, former senator Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. maintained his position as the top choice for the president.
